The pilot will allow the proposed mechanics, attributes and experiences to be validated. In this way, it is possible to identify points for improvement, refine the design and gain new insights based on the results obtained. 

This is also the time to align your internal public with the program's guidelines. This way, all employees understand the importance of the program and the role they play in ensuring the project's success.

Therefore, in your launch plan, consider the deliverables that need to be made by each area, the length of the pilot, the period for evaluating the results obtained and the deadline for officially launching the program.
