McDonald's and Coca-Cola: Countdown to the Holidays

The end of the year is an opportunity to invest in customer relationship programs that lead to greater contact with the brand, promote a differentiated return on experience (ROX) and have loyalty as a consequence of these strategies. After all, this is the time to capture the consumer's attention to increase sales and get closer to those who chose your product/service...  

But how did McDonald's and Coca-Cola LATAM (Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Peru, Panama, Mexico, Uruguay) team up with Indico to transform and innovate their customer experience at the end of 2021 with lightness and fun? Using Loyalty expertise along with our unique Artificial Intelligence, in 30 days we developed Cuenta Regresiva for Las Fiestas - a networking platform that provided both fun and benefits to consumers! It distributed gifts to customers, generated buzz and engagement!

In order to participate, customers accessed McDonald's platform and redeemed their benefits and rewards, as well as had fun and interacted with the brand's products helping McDonald's and Coca-Cola understand a little more of the LATAM context and the users' behavior. The solution developed by Indico went online from December 1st to December 31st and offered a series of rewards for those who used the platform, such as discount vouchers, stickers, online games and even virtual reality!
